Where Do We Ship To?
Right now, we ship to the following countries:
- The US - From our US warehouse located on the east coast.
- European Countries (in the EU, Schengen countries, and the UK) - From our central European warehouse.
- Canada - from our US warehouse.
Please follow the sections for each zone or country.
Shipping Within the US (US Domestic Shipping)
- Warehouse location - East Coast. All packages to the US are shipped domestically.
- Shipping cost - 7 Euro flat on US domestic orders, regardless of the size of your order.
- Carrier - USPS, we do not offer the ability to choose another carrier.
- Shipping Duration - around 3 to 7 days on average.
Shipping Within Europe (Europe Domestic Shipping)
- Warehouse location - Central Europe. All packages to the EU are shipped within the EU or Schengen countries except for the UK, where packages might go through customs.
- Shipping cost - is 25 Euro for all European countries, however, this might change.
- Carrier - We use multiple carriers for EU shipping including DHL. Please note, that we can't offer the ability to pick a carrier.
- Shipping Duration - around 7 days on average within the EU.
Shipping To Canada (From the US)
- Warehouse location - East Coast (US). All packages are shipped from the US.
- Shipping cost - is 20 Euro for all shipping destinations in Canada.
- Carrier - We primarily use USPS.
- Shipping Duration - at least 2 weeks. This is primarily because of the Canada Post and Canadian customs.
- Note: Orders to Canada are subject to import fees from customs.
Processing duration
We do our utmost to ship your products as fast as possible. We ship 3 times per week except on weekends and almost all orders are sent on the same day they are received (depending on the payment method used. Please allow a few days for some payments to arrive. You will be notified once the payment is approved via email)
Parcel Tracking
We share a tracking number link with you so you can follow the whereabouts of your parcel at any given time.
In the unlikely scenario that your items did not reach you during the standard delivery timeframe, please contact us and state your order number and query.
