Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase from Sarmful.com. Although we try our best to avoid them, we understand that mistakes may occur whether done by us or by you, and we have therefore comprised the detailed section below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it does not meet your requirements, you may return it to us. Products must be returned in their original untempered packaging and new unused condition, within 14 days of the date you received them or a total of 30 days since they were shipped to you. We then can offer an exchange for a different product or store credit for future purchases for the same price you paid minus our postage fee. If you are returning to us an item because it is incorrect – we will only grant you store credit for your postage fee if the product is wrong through an error on our part.

We recommend that you return the products via an insured and trackable method. as we can not be held liable for any products which get lost or go missing for whichever reason during shipping, and only after emailing us with your order number and reason.

Please note that if you return an exchanged item for a return then we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping fee to cover our extra postage costs.

Do I need to contact you before returning or exchanging an item?

Yes. We need to know the order number and the reason. Not all reasons are valid, and in some cases, we need to conclude who needs to bear the fees involved with returning or exchanging the product in addition to your eligibility for postage fees

Which service should I use to return a product?

We recommend that you return products via a traceable and insured method. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any products which go lost during shipping and do not reach us, thus it is crucial to be able to track them

How long after purchase can I return or exchange a product?

Please make sure you return your product(s) within 30 days of your purchase.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely case, you receive a damaged item or not the one you ordered, then you can return it to us, free of charge for an exchange within 30 days of receiving it.

How much does it cost/are there any involved fees?

If it is found due to our fault, we will exchange it for free. If not, you will need to cover the shipping fees and any product price difference- if existing

CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER

If you would like to modify your order you must email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can modify your order only if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Our team will help you in canceling your order and issue a refund in terms of future store credits.

**A refund request will result in permanently banning the account and IP address from our website. No future orders from respective customer will be honored
