Additional information about our YK-11
SARMs in short, or Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators, are relatively new researched chemical substances. Among the most popular SARMs is a relatively new SARM called YK11, which acts as a gene-specific agonist of the androgen receptor (AR) in MDA-MB (453) cells. Interestingly enough, YK11 SARM works on a multitude of different anabolic pathways. In some studies[1,2], YK-11 has shown higher anabolic activity in vitro in C2C12 myoblasts than DHT. YK11 also promoted a sequence chain of muscle growth and key myogenic regulatory factors in skeletal muscle tissue, such as myogenic differentiation factor (MyoD) and myogenic factor 5 (Myf5), much more than DHT. Maybe not so surprisingly, these anabolic effects can be seen as somewhat comparable to those of testosterone.

YK-11 has one of the lowest solubilities of any SARM; it is only soluble in DMSO and Ethanol.
